    Default Stroke in FH MX

Contrary to FH 10, when you draw a line with pen tool, the default is no
stroke. How can I change this default to stroke basic like FH 10? Otherwise for
any line I draw I should click on stroke and it's really boring.

Do you mean an actual stroke? Just select the pen tool and, before you
do any drawing, set the attributes the way you like. Then anything you
    draw will have those attributes.

Default Re: Stroke in FH MX

It is likely that your new document template has been saved or overwritten
when you had no stroke selected.

Open a new document. Select 'Normal' style. It should be 1 point black
stroke, no fill. Draw a line with it. Delete the line.

Now save this document as a template file. On a Mac you can find your
    default template files in:
    Users/(Username)/Library/Application Support/ Macromedia/ FreeHand MX/ 11/
    English/ Settings
