Stupid question time

Build 5308 was supposed to have the sidebar. I can't find it. Am I stupid,
or is it still missing?

You can also access it by Clicking Start > Control Panel > Sidebar
Properties > check Start the Sidebar when Windows starts > OK

I JUST FOUND THIS SIGHT. I HAVE A QUESTION FOR YA ALL. YES, I AM FROM THE
SOUTH.
I JUST UNINSTALLED AN UNWANTED WALLPAPER PICTURES SOME ONE HAD SENT ME AND I
WAS USING IT AS MY WALLPAPER BACKGROUND. NOW I CAN NOT GET RID OF A SQUARE
BOX WITH AN " X" IN IT. ANY HELP OUT THERE?
