I don't think there's a book specifically For DWMX and CSS.

If you're a begginner to CSS, I'ld recommend these books in this order:

Cascading Style Sheets: The Designers Edge, by Molly Holzschlag,
very good introduction to HTML and CSS and how it all relates to each other,
then move onto Foundations by P7, more related to DWMX and designing pages
with FW, but teaches a thorough "foundation".

then step up to Eric Meyer on CSS,
finally, Zeldman's Designing to web Standards,

If you digest half of all these books, you'ld be well on your way!

    OOhhh yeah!
    Patty's book is excellent also!
Very excellent reference, touches on everything in DWMX,
    tables, layers,behaviors,templates, libraries,even touches on ASP, CFMX,PHP
for dynamic content, so you can't go wrong there either!
