    Default Submiting an Order Form

I am using Publisher 2002. I have created an order form and I added a submit button at the bottom to have the form sent to my email. I previewed the form in Explorer to test the page and when I hit the submit button, it said that the page cannot be displayed. Could you tell me why this happened and can it be corrected?

Is there something else that I would need to use in order the preview the form instead of having it sent to my email address?

How do I create a page that will let my customers know that their order has been submitted after they hit the submit button?

    Thank you in advance.
