I changed my Ms access database into a arial unicode one and the next time i
tried to upload it or see a page which use the website i get the following
error.

when i tried to upload i get a forbidden prompt.
when i tried to check out the dsn i was asked for a pasword and login tried
all the ones i could think of but no go

Question 2 - i have a bilingual db english and japanese once i changed over db
to unicode the japanese turned on its side is the going to effect how it
displays or it just how it is rendered?
