    Default Suggestion: Drag and Drop Taskbar Buttons

    Wouldn't it be nice if you could rearrange your taskbar program buttons the
    way you want and also for the tabs in IE7?

    Lots of people seem to want this, and it's not too difficult to do either!
    Microsoft Research UK have an application called GroupBar which I've been
    trying to ResHack for a Vista theme but not much luck so far... but I filed
    it as a suggestion some time ago.
