I'm pretty sure that oscommerce will fit the bill, it's a SourceForge
project. I've only tentatively looked at the package as the foundation
for an ecommerce site but given my 30 second read it looked like the
    right thing for me.

    Default Suggestions?

Looking for some advice. I am going to install cmx7 on a new computer. I am a web developer. I was wondering if it works better with IIs and cmx7 or just cmx7? I will be installing on xp sp2

For development purposes either way would be fine; it's really just a
matter of whether you want to have to type a port number in all your
URLs (if you use CF's built-in web server) or just type "localhost" with
no port number (if you tie CF to IIS). I've never had any problems
getting CF to hook into IIS, but if you use the built-in web server it's
even a bit more simple setup and is perfectly fine for development purposes.
