Suggestions for bug-tracking/user support software for Mac - Mac Programming

We have a large academic software project which is about six months from going "live". In anticipation of the inevitable support load, I'd like to start exploring options for automated bug tracking (and other aspects of user support). Is there any publicly available equivalent to Apple's Radar? Are there other tools that people have found useful either for bug tracking or management of user support requests? We'd consider either commercial or free software and would also like to hear of any non-software strategies (e.g. organization of email accounts, web/cgi tricks, automated version checking) that have worked well for people. We have a large academic software project which is about six months
from going "live". In anticipation of the inevitable support load,
I'd like to start exploring options for automated bug tracking (and
other aspects of user support). Is there any publicly available
equivalent to Apple's Radar? Are there other tools that people have
found useful either for bug tracking or management of user support
requests? We'd consider either commercial or free software and would
also like to hear of any non-software strategies (e.g. organization of
email accounts, web/cgi tricks, automated version checking) that have
    worked well for people.

I have really appreciated things like the CVS integration in Xcode,
and other such conveniences. I am guessing that the Apple community
(of which I am a relatively new member coming from a Unix background)
has come up with equally cool solutions for the post-development
    phases of project management.

Thanks in advance for any advice,

    ER

Ozibug is a platform-independent, web-based bug tracking system which
can be installed and run straight out of the box on any Java servlet
capable platform. The Community Edition has a basic set of features
which are easy to use, yet will give most functionality that you
require. You can upgrade to the Enterprise Edition at a later stage
    when you require more features.

For more information and access to the demonstration systems visit the
    Ozibug Home Page at http://www.ozibug.com/

Take a look at Bugzero at
    http://www.websina.com/bugzero/
for both bug tracking and user support.

Thanks for all the tips - not sure which we'll go with yet but some
have some cool features. It would be nice to be able to do stuff like
    emulate Apple's crash log forwarding.
