Default Suggestions for Filters in Mail ? [OS-X]

With everyone getting hammered by the current
Denial-of-Service virus, I was wondering what people were using
to filter out some of the spam they get. Such as:

If: Subject contains (viagra, nigeria, refinance, .exe)
    Then: Delete

and so on. What filter items have _you_ found useful? Have you
    found any good tricks?
