I am creating a webpage for a local intranet that will be accessable by about 1000+ people. I only want a select few, about 20 or so, to have the ability to change certian content on the webpage. I am writing the pages in ASP.NET VB language. I am looking for an easy to understand and apply language, but also have it be secure. Any suggestions on places where they provided good examples of the following.
