Swatch Libraries drop-down menu is missing
When I go to Window > Swatch Libraries in order to append a swatch library, there are no options available. When I go to Window >Brush Libraries, or Styles, or Symbols, all of my options are available. I am using version 10.0.3. All of the swatch libraries are present in my presets>swatches folder, inside my application folder. Any suggestions?
