Swatch library doesnt' show up

Having trouble with the swatch library in the pantone color system ..when i check off pantone solid coated..nothing shows..no window pops up .nothing ..i need help..there is a certain color that i need desperatley

Angel,

If you have not solved the problem, there is a first aid solution.

If you know someone with the Pantone C library working, she/he can make a new document (CtrlN), choose the Pantone C library so it appears in the document, and email it to you. Then you should be able to bring the colour you need into the document you are working on.

Otherwise you may state your email address, and someone in this forum can do it. Only one should do it, of course, and state that it is done.

Myself, I am away for the next 10 hours or so; I can do it after that.

Or, if someone in this forum can include the file in a homepage and give a link, you can pick it there.

Would it not be nice if there was a User to user homepage where you could upload things like this?

A couple of suggestions:

1) Install or reinstall the 10.0.3 update, which includes updated Pantone libraries:

2) Download the latest solid-to-process library directly from Pantone:

<http://www.pantone.com/support/support.asp?idArticle=73>

If you haven't yet updated to 10.0.3, I would do so regardless of your Pantone library issue.
