SwDnld Error

:evil; Why does these things always happen to me?

I've technically been asking this three times on Yahoo! Answers, and this is
copied directly from my most recently published question:

Typical SwDnld Error?
OK, here's the general description:
I've never had any trouble logging in on Habbo Hotel with Shockwave Player 9,
but all of a sudden THIS happens: In Firefox, the pop-up window appears
immediately, which is great, but it's empty, which is not great. I've been
waiting for hours checking if it was loading something or not, so that's
definitely not the problem.
Maybe it doesn't work with Firefox, due to the consequences of some recent
requirement-related update? Oh well, try it in Netscape, Opera and Internet
Explorer as well.
Same results in Netscape and Opera, but in Internet Explorer things go real
interesting. Another pop-up window appears inside the loader pop-up window,
kindly stating that 'you need Adobe Shockwave Player to enter Habbo Hotel'.
Well of course!
But I've already GOT Adobe Shockwave Player, but since there IS a button here
allowing me to download it anyway, why don't I try it?
I do. After a few seconds or so two EXACTLY the same ADDITIONAL pop-up windows
appear ...

... saying that SwDnld has caused an error in SWDNLD.EXE. SwDnld is unable to
continue.
Try rebooting if problems occur repeatedly.
I've been trying for every session the last month by now, but nothing has
changed ... yet ...
Anyway, I look up the freaking SwDnld.exe and find it in
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\Adobe\Director\SwDnl...
I remove it and try again. The same thing happens. I go back to Adobe and find
that Director has reappeared. Not good. I delete it again, but this time I keep
the window open, doing the same installation process again; this time I see how
the folder pops forth out of nowhere after a while.
Apparently there's some kind of compatibility problem somewhere. I've updated
to Shockwave 11 now and I'm using Windows ME. I greatly appreciate any answer.

Every word is true. I have got no problems whatsoever with Shockwave save
this. I've been able to use the hotel on both Firefox and IE with Shockwave 9
for years, probably, but when it suddenly stopped working I updated to
Shockwave 11, though it didn't help. I'm attempting to reinstall everything for
the third time while writing this, I really hope there's something you can do
to help me.

alot of people are reporting this error from this game called "Habbo", try asking thier support team, maybe they are maintaining something?

With windows me and 2000 there seems to be some compatibility issue with the game. Reinstalling might help, and also contact the vendor support asap.

Yes maybe it is something to do with habbo, do they have live chat where maybe you can ask them?
