swf menu stay visible

Hello,

I have a website with a flash menu in the left column. I have a bunch of
text and when the use scrolls down the page, the menu will scroll with it.
How do i modify the swf, that the menu will always stay visible when the
user scrolls down?

You could either use frames, or even better use IFRAMES
