Re: SWF movies Transparent BackGround for TV How?
If you really want a flash movie as a tv banner I think you still
should use video software to ge rid of the the white using the key
options in the video software (bluescreen effect). It's really not the
proper way for a tv banner to to this in a flash.
The other thing you could do is inport the movie in flash with the
banner in front and export the fla to an mov or something...

Re: SWF movies Transparent BackGround for TV How?
Ok maybe I decided to fast...I've found an answer but not completely to
what
you're wanting to do, this shows you how to make your swf transparent
on a
webpage... Hope you can do something with this... If not you'll have to
use my
solution above :p
You can make a flash movie transparent by editing the publish settings.
First, go onto file>publish settings
Make sure the HTML box is ticked, then go to the HTML tab
If you go down, there is a selection box called "window mode". Click on
this.
Set the option to "transparent windowless".
Then, either click "ok" or "publish".
To get the transparent movie on a page, it is easy.
Just go to the HTML page which was created, and copy and paste
everything
between the <object> tags.
