Syncing contribute changes to admin's computer files - Macromedia Contribute Connection Administrtion

An assistant of mine just proofread/spellchecked/updated a number of pages on my site using her computer and Contribute. Now, the site files on my computer don't match what's on my site. Is there an easy way to get the changes she made onto my computer? I've never used Dreamweaver's syching feature, even the "upload dependent files" option, since I fear that if the server time is off, then it may upload everything again. Help, I'm a bit nervous here. Thanks!...

If you know that all the files on the server are the new ones just select the "get newer files" option in the site sync and you should be fine.
