Table of Contents--Generating in PDF
Is there a way to make a table of contents after I pull a bunch of separate PDFs into one document?
I am putting together conference presentations of all kinds of PDFs, and they want to have a table of contents up front with hyperlinks to the various items.
Help?

Bookmarks with links to pages, yes. A TOC page generated from page contents, no.
