I am in a fast-paced environment where new issues constantly come up:
Patches, hardware problems, user accounts, security issues, etc. It's
getting hard to keep track of the issues via email. I've tried to keep
a flat file with assignments but it isn't very nice either.
I was wondering if there is a task or ticket tracking software which
can be installed on HP-UX. It does not have to be sophisticated, very
basic is fine: What's open, and assigned to whom. I would prefer GUI
but text-based might be fine also. It has to be easy to use otherwise
