    Default TCP/IP transport error !!

After changing parameters in the network configuration..
the following error occured: TCP/IP network transport is
    not installed !!!

I can see the LAN is the network configuration, as well as
TCP/IP.. I also can change y IP address. I tried to
restore the sstem to a previous "restore point".. but
nothing. I tried "Repair" but that is not correcting
    anything.. HELP !!

The impact is I can not connect to my PPC anymore as well
    as connecting to the Internet.
