    No, you will need to rely on 3rd party tools, source control, and / or

    Unfortunately, there is no in-built facility to track the modified date.An
    alternative would be to recreate the stor proc everytime its modified or go
    in for some source code tracking system ( refer

    This value doesn't change for stored procedures that are changed using ALTER
    PROCEDURE statements. It simply gets its information from
    sysobjects.crdate, which brings us back to the original problem.
