Have you tried to run the Validation tool in Dreamweaver. Your doctype is 4.01
transitional, and a lot of your code is not...

Solution 1 (not so good of course): remove your doctype declaration and try
again using the template in Contribute.

Solution 2 (the best solution): get the mistakes out by using the Validation
tool and try again using the template in Contribute.
