I have created this template where two colums are editable. When I copy and
paste a paragraph to an editable column and try to put a break (<br>)
between two sections, it gives me the following error message:

"Making this change would require changing code that is locked by a template
or translater. The change will be discarded"

I tried to specify editable region in table, row, colum but didn't make any
    difference.

    Any idea why??

That is my exact same problem.
Can you elaborate on what you mean by "context of the editable regeion"?
My region is inside (not including) <td> and </td> tags. But I also get the
same problem when I expand it to <tr> and <table>.

    Thanks,
