Go to the template browser and at the top right is the button with the arrow. Click on the button and select new category.

Re: Templates: Business Cards, Post Cards, etc. . . .
Okay, I am back <g> I got the PlugIn -having trouble with a couple of things:
1) There is a template for one business card (fancy full color card print) Got two out of the exchange -some grousing about them... What happened to the Templates that were 'IN' Pagemaker... you'd go choose by Avery # and there was Everyone that Avery Made for You... Preset Up and ready to go... fill one and replicate to the blank cards... It was pretty handy for a quick fix for those pre-cut cards that you can get everywhere from Walmart, Office Depot, Office Max...etc... Where did all those Templates by the numbers go? (sob) Great for Mail Labels too -again every thing was preset -fill out one - Bang! Done
2) Underlining... now, in most application Control-U... did a search on Help in Indesign... said was part of the fonts... showed (reg, bold) ... hmmmm, so hide there... NOT!! Had to draw a line and put it under wherever I wanted to underline... Where is 'Normal' Underline?

You have to add your pagemaker templates to the database. Click on the arrow go down to add template, go to the directory where the pagemaker templates are select the files you want to add, select the category you want to add them to and select the down arrow.

"in most application Control-U... "
In InDesign Ctrl+Sh+U Or go to the character palette options and click
Underline
In InDesignCS you have options to modify the characteristics of the
underline, which you don't get in other programmes.
