It seems that when I create a page based on a template, finish editing it and
publish it, then go to create another page based on the same template, that
template is missing form the list of available ones. I have "Refresh Templates"
each time before I can create a new page.

For the most part my users will have 4 or 5 templates for each area of our
site, but there are 2 or 3 users that have access to them all, totally around
20 templates. Naturally this refresh takes quite a while to finish.. often more
time that creating the page itself.

Any reason for this template removing itself from the list? anyone else
noticed this happening?
