Temporary Table Question? - Microsoft SQL / MS SQL Server

Dear all I have created (what for me is a complex view - with the help of this Newsgroup) and would now like to output the select statement to a temporary/permanent table for export to a web page using the web page wizard. All the samples I have seen create the table in the normal manner and INSERT the values. Is this the only way it can be done? How do you make a table from the output of a view? Thanks again... Default Temporary Table Question?

    Dear all

I have created (what for me is a complex view - with the help of this
Newsgroup) and would now like to output the select statement to a
temporary/permanent table for export to a web page using the web page
wizard. All the samples I have seen create the table in the normal manner
and INSERT the values. Is this the only way it can be done?

How do you make a table from the output of a view?

    Thanks again...

What "web page wizard"? Why not write a simple ASP page that connects to
the database, accesses a stored procedure that returns the rows from the
view, and builds a table using GetString()?

    Use the SELECT INTO statement!
