Terminal Services Printers Disappear
I'm at a loss after upgrading from Windows 2000 Server to
Windows Server 2003 - after upgrading, Terminal Services
clients' printers (especially HP DeskJet 6122 printers)
disappear or simply do not print at random times.
Sometimes it can be temporarily corrected by restarting
the Print Spooler services. This seems to occur for both
redirected printers and network printers. Anyone else had
this problem??

Re: Terminal Services Printers Disappear
I am experiencing the same thing. Firstly a couple users just lose their
printers in the middle of the session and they need to log off of the
session and lof on again and they get their printers back. We have quite a
few users connecting to this server now and at first I thought it may have
to do with the number of users connected like a limit on the number of
printers it can handle, but this is just a theory. This has been happening
the last couple of days. Then today I lost all the printers on the terminal
server and had to restart the printspool service as you said. I am running
2003. Shall let you know if I find anything.
