Terrible ticking/clicking noise during playback

Hi.

I've been getting an extremely irritating ticking/clicking noise during flash
playback. Be it youtube videos or flash games.

I updated to the latest flash and updated my SB Audigy drivers. It hasn't
helped. I used the flash uninstall programme, then reinstalled flash. It
didn't work.

Sometimes I get playback without a problem.

This happens on both IE and FF browsers.

I'm running WinXP SP2 corporate with all the latest updates.

Any ideas?

One thing to check is that your chipset drivers are correctly installed. The nForce series seems to have a latency problem, see if that helps.
