    The entire world surely? But let's live in hope that a sufficient
    number of voters are sufficiently clueful to avoid that sort of
    doomsday scenario.

    Calling you an "idiot", even were it false, would not constitute
    "abuse" under any ISP's definition.

    This is not a "test" group. There are many "test" Usenet groups. Have
    you ever considered using a Usenet group for the purpose for which the
    group was created?
