Text boxes like this...

Hi there,

does anyone know if there is Flash drawing tool used to create static text
boxes like this:

[L=Cool Text Boxes]http://www.aroots.com/[/L]

If not in Flash, any ideas on how they achieved this effect?

They used photoshop and then imported into Flash. Thats all they did. They used Bevel and Emboss with a stroke effect to achieve that. They might have used a gradient effect also to achieve this.

Almost any paint program will create images like those.

Just put your text box, saying whatever you please in whatever font you please, over the white boxes, then add an inner bevel and a drop shadow to the white boxes.
