    Default Text frames

As a long time user of Pagemaker, I need some help with text frames in InDesign. I have a PM6.5 documen which I cut and pasted into InDesign CS. I worked through parts of Classroom in a Book which helped me feel ready to start on a real project. I set up master pages etc. Today when i went from one page to the next, the text frames changed colours. Pages 1=to 32 have fiesta frames, pages 32 forward have blue one. There is nothing to indicate that I inadvertently changed the colours. I have always adjusted my text with pulling down a window shade, and have been doing the same thing, pulling down the text frame, which adds one more line to the text. When my text frames changed colours today, I found that when I lengthened the text frame, no text moved into that space. I check text threads which are all in proper order but they too are blue rather than fiesta red. Is there a connection? I expect there is a simple answer and would appreciate finding it out. Any help is welcome.

    Default Re: Text frames

Very simple. The color of the frame is based on the layers. Check your
layers palette and you'll see the color keys for the layers.
