"Text image" back to "Editable text"

I need to convert "text image" to "editable text" in illustrator. I can't found any option for this in illustrator. But in acrobat using the OCR option i changed the text image back to editable text. Is it possible to convert "text image" to "editable text" through programatically using Acrobat SDK. I need help for this. Kindly advice me.

Any script or plugin available for that.

To use this function you would have to write a plug-in.
No VB, no OLE, no JavaScript.
