Default Text is squished in Pub 2002

When working (and previewing) in Pub 2002, my text boxes
appear correct, but once in html and on the net lines
within the textboxes overlap (not lines from different
boxes, but lines within the same box). I have the
upgrade that allows me to export as webpage already
    installed. Any suggestions?

Oh, and thanks for all the help you've put up so far,
    it's been a stress-reliever!

I recommend you obtain an understanding of how the html renders content in
tables and cells, take a look at my article Using pub2k smarter on the 2000
    page at my site.
It would be incorrect to place a line, or any graphic within a text box.
Insert a line graphic outside the text box.

Default Text is squished in Pub 2002

I think I've figured it out; there were a few characters
that were superscript and this may have thrown off the
alignment. When I highlighted the text and viewed the
font properties, both subscript and superscript were
shaded and checked; I unchecked both, re-exported it and
    it viewed fine.

I'll still take a look at your article - the more I learn
the better; and thanks for posting how to get the index
page to save in the same folder (vs outside the
subfolder) - it saved us a lot of frustration.
