Text larger when publishing
Hello everyone out in Macromediaville,
I have a problem (surprise surprise) with Contribute 2. After publishing a
page I get larger text than I published with and throws the whole page out of
whack. But when I view the website on another computer everything is fine. And
a couple of other websites I view have large text as well (only on this PC), so
It's not a Macromedia issue as such. But it's really getting to me, is there
some kind of browser setting? Sorry if I am out of line to bring this up here
on your forums.
Thanks,
Sam

Are you using IE6 to browse with?
Try View > Text Size (select from pop up menu).
Alternatively, hold down Ctrl and move the wheel on your mouse

Re: Text larger when publishing
Nah man that doesn't help. Not all the text on one page would be huge just a
couple of sentences and the rest would be fine. E.g the left hand menu on
www.winamp.com is massive and the rest of the page is perfect and only on this
computer.
Yes I do use IE6, BTW.

Re: Text larger when publishing
Can you post some screenshots to a URL somewhere?
Without seeing what you're seeing, it's pure guesswork.
If it's happening on more than one website then it's unlikely to be related
to Contribute.

Re: Text larger when publishing
How about those screenshots in my photobucket album I just posted??
In my first post I did say it's not really a Contribute problem, it happens it
a few other websites and then I appologised for bringing it up here, but I
really need help 'cuz it's throwing my site updating ot of whack.
