    Default text over graphic

I would like to be able to put text over a graphic and where the graphic is for
the text to be white. When the text is not over the graphic I would like it to
be another color. Help appreciated. Thanks, Alex

    Default Re: text over graphic

One way to do this is to use Freehand's vector tools to draw a closed shape
that defines the area in which you'd like the type to be white. With the
black text in the proper position over the graphic, clone it and change the
clone's color to white. Edit > Cut this text block then select the shape
you've drawn and go Edit > Paste Inside. Give the shape a stroke of "None."
