    Default Text Spacing cleanup?

Does anyone know of an easy way to clean up sloppy text for DW? I pull text from Outlook, PDF's, and Docs all the time, and these seems to be no easy way to clean text.

What do you mean 'clean up'? If you mean strip formatting, just paste
into a text editor (not a word processor), then re-copy and paste into
    the target application.

I've tried pasting into Notepad and Notepad++, both retain all the extra spaces
that occur when you strip text out of a PDF (depends on the PDF formatting as
well). In the one current instance I have it is as if there is some sort of
tab between each word, which the only way to fix is to go in by hand and delete
every space. I know HTML ignores white space, its just a nit.
