Default Text Zoom in Browser

I'm struggling, I'm just starting to add the copy and format it. Here is the
address: http://209.200.88.246/pr2/

The about page shows the problem in glaring detail. If you try to enlarge the
text through the browser option the whole page pulls apart.

If anyone can help that'd be great.

You might re-post in the Dreamweaver forum. There are a lot more people
