No Frames, all of the pages have flash and pure html, nothing more.

Sorry i wanted to say no forms. I have a page with 3 frames, the top is static(a jpg and a banner), the left one has the menu build in flash, and the main frame is where the "action goes".
I want to click in the bottoms that are in the flash and a new page appears in the main frame, in my computer this works fine, but when i uploaded in to the server it gives the error "The requested method POST is not allowed "
I hope now you can tell me something

url to the page would be best---

    a guess-
you say you click on a flash file- the links in flash are "in" them.
So open it in flash, see what the url is, and what the "target" attribute
    is.
