TIFF files printing with jagged edges on Canon i9900 - Adobe Indesign Macintosh

The TIFF files I have imported into my ID(CS2) doc print with jagged edges on my Canon i9900. The TIFFs are CMYK with a transparent background and set at 300dpi. If I export to PDF the jagged edges are smooth but all colors appear darker. Thank you in advance...

In print dialog box, don't subsample the graphic; make it download the entire graphic to the printer. I assume your links palette indicates that your links are not broken.

Your graphics are set to 300 ppi, not dpi.

For color not to shift, you have to setup color management the same way in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (Edit > Color Settings) and also Acrobat (Edit > Preferences > Color Management). You might be surprised to see it off by default in Acrobat.

    This is a beginning,

Thank you very much Mike. Turning off the subsampling seemed to do the trick!
