time change
My xp pro workstation changes it's time every time I log
in. The event viewer says that the winlogon process
changes the time by a second or two but these mysterious
time changes are 11 hours when in AZT and 2 hours
difference when in GMT. Anyone have any idea what could be
changing the time that could get around event viewer? And
by the way, the workstation is set up so that it doesn't
get it's time from a time server.

time change
Does it happen when you boot to safe mode?
It's possible you have something running on startup that
is changing the clock.
Is this a machine connected to a domain? If so, do other
machines on the domain have the same problem?

Re: time change
Hi Dave,
Do you have correct Time zone set? Check it under Control Panel -> Date and

are using Automatic synchronization with an Internet time server ....
