    Default Time for Online Contribute?

Hi, just a general thought/discussion re Contribute which I have found to work
incredibly well and simply. I design sites for small tourism clients with
small budgets and little computer knowledge. Contribute has been a perfect way
for them to access their site info, change it accordingly and still retain the
design integrity of the site. However the licence for Contribute adds up to a
huge chuck of their budgets and has put off some clients who have opted to
email me the changes to post. Not ideal!

Is the time now right for a web 2.0/online version of contribute which
developers can subscribe to and enable access for their clients. Just a
    thought?

    YES YES YES

But it is not in Adobe's interest, since this online version should be FREE (and Contributive GNU licence).
