My Windows 2003 server display an incorrect time zone. So when I change it
to the correct time zone and apply the changes and go back to check to see
if they are correct it reverts back to the wrong time zone. Furthermore the
time on my server is also incorrect.

Any idea why this is happening and how to fix it?
