Default Timezone update package

Is there an updated timezone information package available for Ubuntu
5.10 "Breezy Badger"?

I'm personally interested in updates for Australian timezones, as they
have changed the ending time for daylight savings by one week this year
to accomodate the Commonwealth Games.

The end date has been moved from this sunday (26 March) to the following
sunday (2 April).

What is the file date for the zonefile you are using? The source is
ftp://elsie.nci.nih.gov/pub/ and I know they had the change put into
tzdata2005n.tar.gz in the summer of last year. The file I'm using doesn't
give a date for when they got the change

55474 Feb 20 08:08 time.2006b/australasia

[compton ~]$ head -4 time.2006b/australasia
# @(#)australasia 8.1
# <pre>

# This file also includes Pacific islands.
[compton ~]$

but notes in the file seem to say it was in mid-June. When I grabbed this
zonefile (changes in North America _again_) in late February, a diff did
NOT show a change in Oz back to what I had in tzdata2005n.
