    Default Title when using frames

I used frames to create a webpage. But when I view it in the browser the title
doesn't appear. I used 3 frames and have the same title for all 3 but it still
won't work. Any ideas how I could make it work? Please and thank you.

Frames seem like the answer to a new developer's dreams. They are
definitely not. Make sure you are well informed about the dark underside of
frames before you commit to them.
