To take fields of Access stops file standard word

Does some exist solution for me to take only the fields that I want for a
file of the word that should always have the same pattern?

Does have as I always leave a file of the word pattern to take some fields
and the user to save with other name without losing the original file?

No, you can make a word template,a nd hae the fields merged.

Try my sample word merge database. Give it a try (follow the example on my

not use a dot file, but accomplish the same thing. Try downloading the code,
and the read the notes on my web site for an example.

Thank you, it was quite so that I wanted, I will try to increase the
customer's code so that it just shows each customer's files.
