Toast Ti puts "icon" file on CD - Mac Applications & Software

Folks, I burned a group of files onto a hybrid CD that I'd FTPd from a UNIX server. Occasionally a file called "icon" will be present in the ISO file list before I burn; I delete it and go. This time there were no such files in the ISO view, but when I looked at the CD after burn there was one in a top-level directory. How did it get there, and how do I prevent this? Ron...

Default Toast Ti puts "icon" file on CD

    Folks,

I burned a group of files onto a hybrid CD that I'd FTPd from a UNIX server.
Occasionally a file called "icon" will be present in the ISO file list before I
burn; I delete it and go. This time there were no such files in the ISO view,
but when I looked at the CD after burn there was one in a top-level directory.
How did it get there, and how do I prevent this?

The Icon\r file holds the custom icon for a folder as well as some
display settings. The Finder will make it when necessary but will not
delete the file if it becomes superfluous. If you don't have a custom
icon and don't care to customize the display, it can be safely deleted
    if present.
