Tool palette disappeared in FH MX

My main tool palette in FH MX has disappeared (Select/Text/Rectangle/etc). Going to Windows/Toolbars won't bring it back. Reinstalling after trashing the FH folder from Applications doesn't restore the toolbar. I'm a long time FH user but can't solve this one. Jim

You "trashed" the wrong thing. It seems you are using a Mac OS but I need to
know _exactly_ which one in order to provide accurate guidance.

I am working exclusively with Panther (OS 10.3). Since I lost the tool palette I have been using FH's Keyboard Shortcuts for Tools to change tools but would like to the toolbox back. Thanks for any advice.
