Toolbox gone missing
Hi you all experts,
All of sudden I cannot get the toolbox open. I go under Window and select Tools from there but what happens is that a grey bar appears to the left side of the screen where the toolbox used to be - but all the tool buttons keep missing, i.e. the text block tool etc. When I again deselect Tools, the grey bar disappears. So there is a change when selecting Tools - only there are never any buttons in sight. I can use the tools by clicking the right mouse button but that is not exactly very convenient.
Anyone know what on earth I am supposed to do?

Re: Toolbox gone missing
How to restore missing toolbars and panels
I had tried everything to restore my tool box and nothing was working. What finally did work was the following.
• Delete the Toolbar settings file.
Quit FreeHand prior to trying this option.
This file will be recreated upon relaunching FreeHand MX
Macintosh OS X - [harddrive]> Users > [username]> Library > Application Support > Macromedia> FreeHand MX > 11 > English > Settings > Toolbars> Toolbars
It worked for me!!!Unregistered Guest
