I use to have TOP TABS on the top of the Screen where I choose the shortcuts, like if I wanna put some text on remarks, I select the text and then goto Basic pannel and click the "REMARKS" and that text will be under the remarks tags.

That pannel is closed accidently and I looked everywhere but couldn't find the place where I can enable those top TABS.

your help will be greatly appriciated.
