Flash comes with a good "getting started" series of tuts. Check it out.
After that, I suggest buying one good book, and checking these sites out:

If you would like, I could send you some tutorial files from a CD (Flash MX bible) I dont know if it wil help or not cos you may need the actual instructions....lol, well you may get a few componants and stuff you can use....
