Re: Transfering Color Palette Swatches
If you just want to have access to your custom swatches, put a file containing them in your Presets - Swatches folder, and access the swatches from Window - Swatch Libraries - Other Library.
If you want your swatches to be available in your Swatch palette all the time, add them to your Illustrator Startup File.
